Everything about this this experience was perfect. The music, theme, and setting all came together to make an authentic feeling atmosphere. Most importantly, the food was some of the best I've had in a long time. Everything was freshly made and absolutely delicious. I can't recommend this place enough and I'll definitely be coming back again.

I was a bit hesitant but I am so delighted to have given it a try. The soba noodles are an original in-house specialty. Made on the spot makes them the best cold soba noodles I've had. The waitress is very kind and went out of her way to speak English. There is a set menu (some choices with pictures) which includes an appetizer, soba noodles with tempura (the broth is delicious) followed by dessert with either coffee or tea. The restaurant is a converted traditional structure overlooking a bit of a valley. I find it very quaint. Reservation required. Enough parking, but double up if going with friends. Highly recommend.

I had been curious about it for a while, so I went there with someone from work (・∀・) The first thing that came out was a basket of three cute appetizers. It contained persimmon with white dressing, chicken marinated in sweet and sour vinegar, and egg tofu. Next is pumpkin soup. It was rich and sweet, and the saltiness of the prosciutto was just right. The next carpaccio was layered with thick pieces of sashimi, making it look like a French dish⭐︎The balsamic sauce went well with it and was delicious! The other dishes were also very delicious, but today's dish was Bolognese, so it might be a little tough for those who chose rice. . Everything was delicious though (^^) The selling point here is definitely the sweets buffet. You can select three types of sweets brought to you and arrange them on the plate. By this time I was already hungry, but it was delicious. If you don't like coffee, you can also choose tea. They prepared a pot for each person to refill. We were told that only one car per table was allowed in the parking lot, so we decided to share the car. I decided to pay in cash because there seems to be a fee charged if I pay by credit card! By the way, this Hayama course was 4200 yen. Apparently you can only smoke outside. It was very delicious and they explained about the garden at the end, which was fun, but the customer service was not good (^◇^;)
