I made a reservation and made a long-awaited visit 🆗 I ordered the lunch chirashi sushi set♪ It comes with rice bowl, octopus salad, miso soup with crab, fruit, and ice cream after the meal (^_^o) The sushi rice was delicious and plentiful, the toppings were large, and the miso soup with crab was great😆 As of 2023/08, the lunch chirashi sushi set is 1,100 yen with this content, and I don't know of any sushi restaurant where you can eat at a better value 😆 You won't be able to eat conveyor belt sushi or supermarket sushi anymore👌 It's a large portion, so for women and older people, we recommend a smaller amount of rice♪ At this price, this taste, quantity, and number of items. I ate it so I don't have any pictures, but the ice cream came out at the end 😍 It seems like they are fully booked on Saturdays and Sundays, so of course I couldn't make a reservation on the same day, but I was turned away right in front of me. It's a hidden gem store that you don't want to know much about. Open exactly on weekdays I made a reservation half a month in advance. When you tell the owner your name, you will be guided to your assigned seat. There were only 3 people in the store at the same time, including myself, but after a while more and more reservations started coming in and the place was pretty full. I ordered the lunch chirashi bowl that I saw in the video. Atsui tea and salad arrive first. It's delicious with octopus. When the main dish arrived, it looked small at first glance, but it was packed to the brim. All the fish are fresh and delicious! There will also be a crab bowl, mandarin oranges, and finally a dessert. I like how the owner prepares desserts without me asking. I'm the type of person who never says "dessert please" for some reason, and if I don't notice and it's not served, I'm the type to finish it and go home (lol) The bill was an astonishing 1100 yen. I'm worried about whether they're making a profit or not, but everything was so delicious!
