Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan｜Pho Minh

It's a small shop that doesn't look very promising from the outside, but the food speaks for itself. The portions are big and there is lots of beef in the bowl. The staff was very friendly and made sure that we are OK with Cilantro/Coriander in the pho. There are a few condiments on the table that can be used for the Pho. I loved the pickled garlic and added a lot of it to my bowl. When leaving the shop I saw the cook chopping up a mountain of garlic, so I assume they are pickling it themselves. It was so good, I would buy it in jar if I could.

third time coming here, it’s just what I need for a cold day, very comforting to the stomach.
