This is my first time using the Sagamihara store. I called after 1:00 and it was full, so I made a reservation at 2:00 and stopped ordering at 2:30. The coffee finally arrived after 3 o'clock and I ate it quickly. If you don't make a reservation early on Saturdays and Sundays, you won't be able to enjoy dessert leisurely... The sashimi here is always delicious. The beef tongue at Meat Fair was soft and delicious with salt and wasabi instead of sauce. This month's dessert Mont Blanc. It was smaller than I expected, but the flavor was rich!

Today's top sukiyaki course.Sorry, I finished it all. It was delicious, so I added some meat, but the appetizer was salad, five-grain rice, and iced matcha for dessert. It's not shabu-shabu, but sukiyaki, and the sauce isn't too sweet. I was sad that there was no Chinese cabbage, but it was delicious. Sasaki burdock was delicious. I thought there wouldn't be many customers, but it's packed, so it's best to make reservations on Saturdays and Sundays.
