Another soba restaurant I had been looking for was closed, so I went to this soba restaurant as I was passing by, and it turned out to be a great decision. The restaurant is related to a fresh fish restaurant in Hayama, so I understand why the restaurant's name doesn't seem like a soba restaurant. Since it was a weekday, I was able to enter the store without a reservation, but customers kept coming in one after another. Next time I would like to make a reservation and try the course meal.

(where one can enter from the street) Good local atmosphere and hospitality. The famous proprietress is also famous. The soba noodles are of course hand-made, and the home-ground buckwheat noodles that are particular about domestic production are exquisite. Dashi soup is also the best. Duck soup is also luxuriously thick and plentiful. 10 stars. Pre-order now? The sashimi and sushi are also specialties, and are purchased from Hayama and Sajima. It's good to have things on the ground. It tastes 5 times better. There are various types of Japanese sake that the owner is particular about. When you listen to it, it will give you a lot of things. So it's delicious with sake. The dashi rolls are fluffy, and I order it every time, along with the taste of the dashi. (I forgot to take a picture...) It's also recommended for a leisurely drink from noon. Anyway, soba and sashimi. I love this precious shop where you can enjoy both. It has a thick, odor-free, sweet taste, and although it comes with seasonings, you don't need it, and you don't need soy sauce either. Wow, it was so delicious that I forgot to take a photo. My next recommendation is the dried gourd roll. You won't be able to taste the masterpieces of bonito cooked with the help of farmers who make them anywhere else.
