Hayama, Kanagawa, Japan｜葉山食堂

This cozy place requires reservation during the pandemic. They serve Hayama beef in a variety of recipes. Roast beef don was my favorite, the meat portion is small but very fatty and satisfying. Extra rice is free.

A very simple restaurant with amazing meat quality! I recommend the hamburger or the tataki-don.

I found this store on Google Maps, and personally, it was a hit. It's a little pricey, but the food is worth the price. This time I had the Hayama beef green onion bowl. First of all, the salad comes out, and it's so delicious that even though I don't like vegetables, I love it. The green onion bowl is a little sweet and goes well with rice. Finish off with a refreshing iced coffee and yokan!
