The skin was crispy, fragrant and delicious. I tried the hitsumabushi and it was very filling. On my second visit, I received the eel special. As expected, the skin was fragrant and very delicious. The amount of eel may be enough. The employees and the general manager were also friendly and gave me a good impression.

I think it was 2000 yen for the eel. The meat was very tender and I didn't mind the bones and it was delicious. I think it's quite reasonable in terms of price as it costs 1500~ at the supermarket. However, since the rice is on the small side, I paid an additional 100 yen for the rice and it was just right. On top of that, there is also something called a large serving of rice (a separate bowl of rice).

It was my first time visiting. I had the hitsumabushi, and the soup stock had a strong flavor and was very delicious. There was a lot of food, but I was able to eat it without getting bored. The store was clean and the staff was friendly. I'll visit you again!
