30 minutes by car from Nabari Station. There is a bus from Nabari Station to Misugi, but it is far from the nearest bus stop, so it is necessary to visit by car. Visited at 12:00 on a weekday with high hopes for salt ramen made by the owner who trained at Kawasan in Yoshino, Nara. There were about 20 bikers. I thought it might be after this, but it was already after eating 😅 It seems to be a recommended shop for bikers ^ _ ^ ・Salt ramen ¥1,000 The shopkeeper completes one operation with payment in advance. The price setting of ¥1,000 is also considered for operational efficiency. The transparent soup that shines beautifully is a chicken and vegetable base. A gentle taste with an exquisite balance that does not overpower the chicken vegetable salt. The flavor of yuzu peel, which is topped later, spreads. The medium thin noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. Pork char siu is thick and braised itself. When the gravy is juicy and entwined with the soup, it turns into a pork-based soup. Lightly seasoned flavored egg, crunchy Chinese cabbage and green onions, and crunchy bamboo shoots. This is a supernatural non-chemical ramen. The next customer who entered the store ran out of soup 😅 It's a shock for customers who have come so far to run out of soup. . I am very satisfied with the gentle salt ramen. Good meal!

This is a ramen shop located in an unexplored area in the mountains of Misugi. It's hard to find the road, but you can find it at the traffic light at Taro Post Office, cross the bridge, and go up a narrow slope. The mildly flavored soup and thick pork belly are delicious, and the tuna bowl is also made with high-quality tuna, so it is highly recommended. It's worth going.

Visited on May 31, 2023 I arrived at 9:40 and was already 7th in 4 groups and 6 people waiting. When you arrive, first go inside the store, write your name and number of people on the form at the cashier counter, and wait outside. Although the door is closed and there is no curtain, you can enter the store, so please write your name first. Opens just before 10am. It seems that up to 4 people can enter the store at one time, and since I was the 7th person, I entered the store on my second turn. However, I was able to enter the store at 10:11. (It's not that there are only 4 people in the store because it's small, but it's just an operational issue. The store is spacious and can accommodate about 15 people.) It's a self-service restaurant where you pay first, take a seat of your choice, and then go to the counter to pick up your ramen when it's ready. Water and pepper are also provided by yourself. I was told that it would take some time because it was a one-off operation, but the ramen was ready at 10:21, and everything from entering the store to serving it went surprisingly smoothly. It was about 10 years ago that I ate at Ramen Kawa-san, and the taste of this pupil was just as delicious as it was back then. My tongue remembered. There are 3 parking spaces in front of the store. There is also road parking, but it is along a narrow road in a mountain village, so you have to be careful when parking. There are small signs pointing you to two places from the national highway to the store, so you won't get lost, but there are some places that are difficult to navigate, so it's best to drive slowly. Aim for rainy days when there are few bikers.
