Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Haze Roadside Station

This is a roadside station with a quaint atmosphere. It is located along National Route 166. I thought it was a very interesting location (*'ω'*) Inside the store, there is a restaurant with a view, a sales corner where you can buy souvenirs to take home, and an exhibition space. There was an unmanned sales corner in front of the store, and the cookies sold there were very delicious. There was a large parking lot with toilets attached. It's a place you'll want to visit again. The murmuring of the river visible from the suspension bridge was very clear. Thank you for the beautiful scenery. lol

The menu mainly includes game curry and venison bowl. There aren't that many types, but the menu may increase once the new coronavirus subsides. Also, the staff here was very kind and polite and helped me find things I had lost in the parking lot. I highly recommend it. Please note that we are closed on Wednesdays. I think there are surprisingly many people who don't know about regular holidays.

I ordered the venison bowl. It was my first time eating venison, but it had a really strong meaty flavor and was delicious. The seasoning was just right, and it seemed like they used good quality rice, so it was delicious. You can enjoy the view of the river and suspension bridge from the window seats.
