I visited at lunch time on weekdays. Appearance of a famous restaurant in quiet nature The store was clean and had a calm atmosphere. Zaru soba I ordered a medium serving, tempura, and red bean soup. The taste, flavor, and smoothness of the soba noodles were all wonderful. I think it's a gem of a level that can't be eaten easily. The tempura is perfect with crispy fried seasonal vegetables. The salt served with it was also a very delicious salt with umami. Is buckwheat flour mixed with the rice cakes in zenzai? It had a very fresh texture and flavor, but it went well with the slightly sweetened soup and adzuki beans, creating a subtle taste. The taste and the atmosphere of the restaurant were all wonderful, and I definitely want to come again. On the day I visited, he was running the store by himself, and it seems that customers were waiting for a long time due to the serious situation. It seems better to go when you have plenty of time or early before the store opens. Also, the parking lot is quite narrow, so I think you need to be careful.

I went there once, but I had to wait for an hour and a half and was so hungry that I gave up. Today I was aiming for around 11:00 to get in line before the opening at 11:30, but I was so excited that I arrived at 10:45. There are already 8 people waiting Σ(゚д゚;) (5th in 3-2-2-1) We waited in line and when it opened, there were only 3 tables, so we had to wait inside as it was already full...There were people waiting in line outside too, but if you wrote your name and they called you when it was your turn, you could wait in your car. I thought. But the soba noodles were worth the wait (*^^*) The white, thin soba noodles I used to eat when I was a kid were easy to eat, and the tempura was also very delicious. After that, I was nervous because I didn't know the key to Mitarai at first... yeah? Isn't there a key at the door? Look behind me, what is this stick? Is there a hole? Let's plug it in! The door was locked. It's a brain workout (lol) It was fun to think about it too

It's been a while since I visited. I wanted to go a few days ago, but it was already full at 12pm. It can't be helped because there are only three tables. I was so excited today that I arrived 20 minutes before the store opened (lol) There were other customers who had come, so we were lining up, and as soon as the store opened, they said, ``First come first served...'' Since it was a special offer, I entered the store first. I was worried about ordering, and even though I ordered last, they brought it out first. I heard that fried soba noodles and colander were recommended, so I went for it. Fried soba gaki is crispy on the outside and soft and delicious on the inside. The colander is very thin, so the soup will be absorbed well. Also, it goes well with the green onion seasoning, and I wish it had twice as much seasoning (lol). And wasabi. sweet! It was a strong wasabi, but it was a proper wasabi and it was very delicious. It's not spicy even if you eat a lot of them together, and they don't interfere with the soba noodles. I thought to myself, ``I wish I had twice as much...'' It was a sobayu that had just opened, so I was able to enjoy it quickly. I also think it's a good idea to aim for a later time. The soba tea is also delicious. The atmosphere, service, and taste of the restaurant. Everything was good. Please come by.
