The colander is very thin, so the soup will be absorbed well. Also, it goes well with the green onion seasoning, and I wish it had twice as much seasoning (lol). And wasabi. sweet! It was a strong wasabi, but it was a proper wasabi and it was very delicious. It's not spicy even if you eat a lot of them together, and they don't interfere with the soba noodles. I thought to myself, ``I wish I had twice as much...'' It was a sobayu that had just opened, so I was able to enjoy it quickly. I also think it's a good idea to aim for a later time.
