I was very satisfied with the creative dishes that took advantage of the quality of the ingredients ^_^
I visited you at lunch yesterday. The owner was a friend of mine at the sports club I used to go to, and he was the head chef of Japanese cuisine at the Nara Hotel. I had a flower raft lunch this time, but it was quite delicious. It was 1,980 yen for lunch, but I had a very delicious lunch.
I was finally able to visit my son-in-law's father at his shop. The food and hospitality were so amazing that the only word I can say is amazing 👏✨ If you have a chance, please come and see it!
