At other restaurants, I always try the Kakiage Tensoba instead of trying different ones to see the difference in taste, but I had the Kakiage Tensoba here as well. The distinctive feature is that the kakiage is almost crispy. I've had it several times in the past, so I'm sure of it. This does not mean that it was over-fried or burnt, but rather that it was intentionally fried to be firmer. The texture of this crispy kakiage is crunchy at first, absorbs the soup stock, and retains its shape even at the end, allowing you to finish eating it in a state similar to kakiage. Above all, it's very elegant to eat at a table that looks like it's inside a station. If there are no other customers, you can eat while chatting with the friendly lady. This is so much fun that I go all the way to eat it.
