Visited on August 15, 2023. During the long-awaited summer vacation, the typhoon hit directly and I was in withdrawal mode, but when I saw the morning sky, I suddenly turned on the switch to go out. However, I didn't have any plans, and of course I didn't prepare anything, so at least I chose something delicious, something I can't usually eat. I took the bear, boar, and deer hunter course. It had no smell and was delicious. However, it is difficult to adjust the amount because it has to be baked well. I was worried about my child's reaction, but I think it was good because he was happy because it felt like a gibier cooking experience. Grilled river fish, skewered shiitake mushrooms, mushroom rice and garlic sauce were all satisfying and popular with my family.

There are wild boar, deer and bear meat, and I ate all kinds of meat, but it was very delicious. The wild vegetable tempura, sweetfish and yamame trout were also delicious. Grilled foods such as meat are grilled on stones. The structure of the store was also emotional and I was able to relax.

A bear eaten with Gyōja garlic sauce! boar! deer! was delicious! The unusual appetizer dishes, all homemade, were very good. Both local sake and Kajika sake go well with the food. I was relieved to be able to eat the rare parts. The hunter's course stoneware grilling was delicious and fun, filling my stomach and filling my dreams.
