Ogano, Saitama, Japan｜牧場の焼肉屋さん ぎゅうや

a little girl from Mongolia, visiting Japan, was out on the road asking for food; I gave her my Onigiri & Ocha and she smiled.

Last time I visited, it was so delicious that I came back. This time, I ordered sirloin, shakushi, and short ribs. The ribs were 1.5 servings, which was more than last time. Even without sauce or salt and pepper, the rice goes well just with the meat juice. I thoroughly enjoyed the juicy, soft, fragrant meat and smooth meat juice that wasn't greasy. Although I ate quite a lot, I didn't experience any heartburn or stomach upset, so it's also recommended for elderly people. By chance, I was driving by and saw a sign for a barbecue house and a sign saying it was open, and it looked like a quaint log house, so I decided to give it a try. When you enter the entrance, there is a shoe rack where you can change into slippers. The inside of the restaurant was quite spacious, and as luck would have it, there weren't many customers, so I was able to relax and enjoy my meal. Shintama and rump were already sold out, so I ordered rib roast, short ribs, and rice. The rib roast and short ribs, each topped with bean sprouts, cabbage, and pumpkin vegetables, were voluminous. Both the rib roast and short ribs were tender, juicy and delicious. Next time, I wanted to visit Chichibu just to eat at this restaurant.

``Ranch Yakiniku Restaurant Gyuya'' is a yakiniku restaurant run by someone who runs a nearby ranch. It's a restaurant far from my home, but it's a restaurant I go to regularly because it's so delicious. (^ ^) At Gyuya, you can enjoy extremely fresh and delicious meat at a reasonable price. When grilling meat and vegetables, we use a slightly unusual method of grilling over charcoal and ceramics. When you order meat, it always comes with vegetables. In my experience, when you order a certain amount of meat, there are often leftover vegetables, so in that case, I think it's better to order without vegetables. Gyuya is a little difficult to get to if you don't have a car, but you can eat fresh and delicious meat at a reasonable price, so if you have a chance to go to Chichibu by car, you should definitely consider visiting. I think it's good. (^ ^)
