The location of the dam and the food are very nice, the shop staff are kind, and the soba is delicious! There are only 5 tables for 4 people, so waiting is essential. The menu is only 2 items of mori and tempura set. Large serving available. This is a wonderful restaurant where you can relax and enjoy delicious soba noodles. This is my personal impression.

If you think that it is a soba restaurant that is often found on the side of the dam, It was unexpectedly delicious and shocking. After sitting for a while, you can hear the sound of frying tempura. Soba Noodles Yeah delicious. For those in the know, if you order for 2 people Soba was sold out there. It depends on what I thought I had to come early from the next time.

This is a small soba shop located right next to the Hakkaku Dam Management Office. The menu only has simple mori soba (650 yen) and set (950 yen). Since I was at maximum hunger, I ordered the set without hesitation. The menu includes mori soba, ginkgo rice, kinpira, salad, and 6 types of vegetable tempura. The soba had a good texture and flavor, and it exceeded my expectations. Also, the garnishes included in the set are all delicious with just the right amount of seasoning. The tempura in particular is fried crispy with a thin batter and is delicious! The rice cake also has a chewy texture that is exquisite. I didn't expect to be able to eat such a fulfilling lunch after visiting the dam. It was a feast!
