When my wife and I visited Arakawa Lotus Garden in Chichibu to watch fireflies, we stopped by at noon. I had heard that the soba in Old Arakawa Village was very delicious, but the soba was even better than I expected. I ordered Tenzaru Soba with Wakayama Onna, and as expected, the Chichibu river fish was fresh.
