This used to be an elementary school. It was a nicely renovated building, and there was a wood-burning stove as soon as I entered. It was raining and it was a little chilly, but as soon as I sat in the front, it warmed up. I had himokawa udon. The yuzu citrus scent was slightly fragrant, and the soup was really delicious. The himokawa udon made by a local mother was neither too hard nor too soft, and the amount was enough to fill me up. There were plenty of vegetables, and it was a bowl where you could feel the sincerity and love. The road up to this point was quite steep, which surprised me, but the view from the school grounds is worth seeing. You can see the scenery of the town at the end of the ridge on the other side, and it is a wonderful view even at an altitude of 400m. The cherry blossoms are spectacular in early spring, and I would like to try the sesame sauce in the summer, so I will definitely visit again. Also, this is a women-only camp field on the third Tuesday of every month. Noriko, the manager, is very friendly and kindly guides you, so it is safe and secure. Recommended for female solo campers! Addition) According to Oudon's mother, "(Because of ingredients and preparation), it would be helpful if you could make a reservation by phone in advance for more than 5 people." Please help us ♫
Himokawa udon is made with miso. When I asked for a large serving without thinking about anything, it was quite a volume. The view was good, and it was a good place for a detour on a touring trip.
