My first attempt at making soba noodles. Since there was no one else to teach me, I was given one-on-one instruction in a very detailed manner. Make 4 servings, eat 2 servings on the spot, and take the rest home. The additional tempura platter I ordered was also very delicious.

A smooth type of soba that goes down easily. I wanted to try Chichibu's specialty walnut sauce, but it wasn't available here💦 It was nice to have pickled rhododendrons with the appetizer. I want to come again when I'm hungry.

The soba set meal is very cost-effective. It was limited to 20 meals and ended at 12 noon.
