Hanno, Saitama, Japan｜Inakadaimyo

I had a set meal with wild hog, deer, vegetables, miso soup and rice. The deer was extremely soft and everything was very delicious! The chef prepared it at my table and was super friendly. Speaking English is fine. Much easier communication than in most places in Tokyo.

I wanted to see the mountain stream, so I went to Hanno. When I wanted to eat delicious river fish, I found a very tasteful restaurant. I ordered a yamame sashimi set meal and salt-grilled char. Beer too, of course. The yamame trout are still alive and moving from time to time. Of course the taste is also the best. Salt-grilled char is so delicious that there are no words to describe it. Goes well with beer. Suddenly, when I looked out the window, I saw a raccoon dog. This is interesting too. It was a very delicious experience.

It is a shop with a nostalgic retro atmosphere of the Showa era. I was impressed by the proprietress who kindly served the customers, and the master who took the trouble to show me the live yamame trout from the fish tank. I came to the store to teach my son the importance of life, and the taste is wonderful.
