Previously, I stayed at an inn in Yokose-cho on a Monday without meals and had been considering it for dinner, but I couldn't go because it was a regular holiday, so I went here for the first time in several years. Before entering, I thought it was a local Chinese restaurant, but after entering, I realized that it was an authentic Chinese restaurant. Started with cold cucumber dishes and boiled dumplings. The cold cucumber dish is a dish that is rich in the natural umami of cucumbers, and is a dish with the strength of a locally grown vegetable. The gyoza skins are also made by hand, and they are full of filling and chewy, just like steamed buns. The next hotpot meat I ate was the first time I tried double hotpot meat using deep-fried tofu. I ordered some flower tea as a side dish and enjoyed it mixed with shochu. A wonderful shop with lots of things you still want to eat. I would like to visit again next month.

The shrimp fried rice and yakisoba were delicious. It disappeared as soon as I shared it with my children.

No matter what you get, it's delicious.
