Had amazing dinner at Cucina Salve - it’s all about natural harvest, from farm to table. The chef Mr Tsubouchi makes 150 varieties of vegetables, 20 fruits, raise lots of chickens (and get platinum eggs) or so and he even made ceramic dishes and decorated with dried flower for interior. I wonder when he sleeps at night but all the effort he makes for what we eat is just amazing.

We had an absolutely amazing Vegan course dinner. For about 6000yen each, we received 5 plates each of delicious food all made from the finest homegrown organic vegetables, grown by the Restaurant themselves! It was seriously vegan food at its finest, fanciest and most delicious. 10/10. We left delightedly satisfied and full! For the vegan set course, you need to ring and order it the day before ideally for them to prepare. Highly recommended!!!

Fresh food is so delicious 😋 Service is impeccable 👌. I had a great time.
