The best soba shop for me! We’ve always eat here since I was a kid. I like traveling so I already went to a lot of places here in Japan and whenever I eat soba from other places, I can’t help but to compare, they’re good but not as good as the soba here. Definitely a top rated soba shop! 🥰🥰🥰

Both soba and tempura were delicious~ There are vegetables, patchwork, etc. at the entrance. Zaru soba and vegetable tempura are reasonably priced at around 1000 yen. The hand-made soba has the same texture and aroma as a long-established soba restaurant in Tokyo, and the soup is good. I had an image of a soba restaurant in the mountains, but I'm sorry, it was delicious. I would like to visit again.

I arrived about 30 minutes before the store opened. After writing your name, you wait in your car in the parking lot until just before the store opens. Customers continued to arrive at Aisato, and one side of the two-column sheet of paper to write their names was full. When the time came, the first three groups were let through quickly and some time passed. After that, your name was called and you were asked to take a seat of your choice. When entering the venue, each group's body temperature is measured, but once they are inside, they are satisfied. The first three groups had the right to choose their seats, and apparently they took their time deciding whether to choose the popular counter seats facing the garden. After that, you can sit in a tatami room, at a table, or at any available seat. Next time, I'll come a little earlier. Soba is very delicious. Even the special lunch set that comes with a tempura bowl is quite reasonable at 1,300 yen. This time I wanted to eat soba, so I ordered a large serving of soba and a separate order of vegetable tempura. The soba noodles are thin but firm, well-washed, cold, and delicious. I was very satisfied with the quantity. The tempura is also fried in sesame oil, so the aroma of sesame stimulates your appetite. I had passed by this store many times before when I went to Chichibu, but I regretted not noticing it. It's true that there are many delicious soba restaurants in Chichibu, but I think Izumitei is the one with the best value for money, so from now on, I'll try some soba before heading to Chichibu.
