What a treat. Our Ryokan recommended this place. We used Google translate to decipher the non English menu (no pictures) and it worked great! Charcoal grill your meat and veggies while sipping cold beer. It gets smoky in the restaurant so make sure you don't come all dressed up! The lady who served us was friendly and helpful even though she spoke very little English. She taught us how to use salt for different meat and sauce for mushrooms. I highly recommend this very local place.

The atmosphere was good and the meat was voluminous and delicious. Grape juice was delicious.

It was plentiful and all the meat was delicious! With 7 dishes including side menus (no rice) + 2 soft drinks, the total cost for 2 people was less than 5000 yen...I was surprised! I would like to stop by again when I'm nearby! I was able to use PayPay!
