Higashichichibu, Saitama, Japan｜Sukifune

I only stopped by the roadside station, but it was a big hit! I love soba and have been to hundreds of stores, but I was impressed by the quality of the soba. The tempura zaru soba was a vegetable-only tempura, but it was all crispy and had an elegant taste. However, rice is rice at a banquet? It seemed like there was only one, so I couldn't taste it. Please be careful if you're looking for rice, or if you have children or allergies who can't eat soba (make sure the udon comes from the same pot). Unfortunately, there was quite a line due to the rain, but the seats overlooking the beautiful garden made for a great atmosphere. It was the perfect time for cherry blossom season. My child received a handmade Japanese paper bookmark as a benefit of the Saitama Prefecture Mom and Dad Card. Although it's a little far, it was a really delicious dish that made me want to go to Chichibu just to eat soba instead of just on a trip to Chichibu.

I stopped by while passing by on a Sunday afternoon 🙂 Order chilled wild vegetable udon and tempura separately 😊 It was a hot day so it was delicious 😊 Tempura is delicious. That's what I thought 🙂
