Now, about the meal, the fried river fish was delicious. I could eat the head first, but I couldn't eat the backbone. The soba noodles are also delicious!

During my trip to Chichibu, I read reviews and found out that I could eat the fish I caught myself, so I came to the store for the first time. I was able to find the signboard on the way, but it was a little difficult to find the entrance. It was my first time fishing, but it's easy to catch, so it's easy and very fun. Two people came to the store, caught four yamame trout, and enjoyed two kinds of fried and salt-grilled. The 4 fish I caught were all pretty big. I don't usually eat fish and I'm definitely a meat lover, but I was impressed by how delicious it was to be able to eat the whole head and bones, and the meat was plump! Oh, and when I went around 14:00 this time, the soba noodles were sold out this time, so I ordered tempura udon, but the tempura was crispy and super delicious. Udon was also delicious. I would like to try soba next time.

I had a delicious mountain stream set meal with amago sashimi and beer.
