In the morning, I ran the Oku Musashi Green Line and stopped by after 9 o'clock. I got a warm tempura soba for 550 yen. The inside of the store is a type where you pay when you receive the product, like a stand-up soba restaurant with counter seats. When I first saw it, that! ? Did you order udon by mistake? I thought. I woke up early and was tired. Well, when I bring it to my mouth... Oh, it's soba!! There was a poster in the store saying that it was served with thick hand-made soba. It was full of rustic hand-made soba noodles in the countryside and was delicious. The fried vegetables were also delicious. Udon seems to be handmade, so let's make udon next time. It was sold out because the shiitake mushroom logs were not in stock, but I hope for the next time. Soba and Udon There was a sign saying that you can take the noodles home, but I didn't bring a bag this time, so I gave up. The direct sales store next door also sold udon and soba noodles from this store.

We open at 9am. The ladies shown here are very friendly and work without caring. The main dishes are udon and soba, but tempura is also available. This time I chose udon with wild vegetables. It's chewy and similar to Yoshida udon, and the wild vegetables have just the right amount of salt, making it delicious as well. I think it's reasonably priced at 650 yen for a large portion. After I finished eating, I suddenly looked at the wall and saw a signboard recommending Mitarashi Dango 🍡✨ The dough was rich and the inside was soft and paired with the soy sauce, it was delicious and I highly recommend it 🎵

The udon and soba noodles prepared with great care by the young proprietress are absolutely delicious. The sweet toppings are especially delicious, and the simmered shiitake mushroom topping is the best.
