A shop that serves chewy Nagatoro soba noodles. I wanted to compare the flavors, so I got 100% soba and tempura. Both are thin green noodles. The scent of soba is irresistible. 100% Soba is delicious even when eaten as is, but we recommend eating it in 3 stages: as is, then seasoned with wasabi, then soaked in tsuyu and seasoned. The tempura soba was delicious, but I recommend the 100% soba. *This wasabi is the traditional pickled radish, so it has a very strong spiciness. Taste it and add the amount you like. The store is cafeteria style, but since it's a soba restaurant, I think it's something like this. I think the store staff were very nice mothers and very attentive.

I visited around 15:00 on Saturday and had hand-picked vegetable tempura and zaru soba. First of all, I had the most delicious soba-yu in my history, probably because it was good that it was late for lunch. The strong flavor of the sobayu was delicious, and I was already full with soba and tempura, and it was a pity that I couldn't finish the sobayu. The soba noodles were thin and delicious, and the soba soup was not too sweet or salty. The hand-picked vegetable tempura is also crispy and delicious. It was just the right volume for two people to share and eat. Also, I borrowed the restroom, but it was very nice that it was neat and clean. thank you for the food.

On my way home from a drive in the fall, I was drawn to the soba sign and went in. When I entered, I thought, ``I've done it.'' Was it a signboard store aimed at tourists? ．． ．． and. Even so, during the tourist season, all but one seat was full. I ordered tempura soba and zaru soba. It's delicious! No, it was really good!
