Chichibu, Saitama, Japan｜Miyabi an

Miyabi-an was actually my first-ever Soba-restaurant in Chichibu. After enjoying Shiba-Sakura, which blooms at Hitsujiyama Park in May, we stopped by the restaurant! I was really amazed by soba that is made by a master every morning. The service is also excellent, you always feel like you are well-taken care of. I'll be back again, hopefully soon!

When I went there a little after opening time on a weekday, there was only one group of customers. Since I was traveling with children, I chose a tatami room. It was helpful to have a child's chair. I had the three types of soba that I had researched in advance and the cold soba! I enjoyed the different taste and aroma of soba! It was delicious!
