More Comments at Google MapIt was a very satisfying shop after a long time! I wouldn't go so far as to say it's a secret place, but it's located quite deep inside. I ordered a large serving of Morisoba and vegetable tempura. Tempura was only vegetable tempura, and I wanted to eat shrimp, but I'm glad I was able to stay calm and quiet. Chopstick rest is also good.
1 km walk from Takezawa Station on the Hachiko Line to the shop. The tempura and soba noodles are made after the order is placed, so if you're stopping by on a train trip, it's a good idea to plan your stay longer. The scenery is very good for the prefecture, and the gate of the shop is also splendid. Mori soba comes with about 3 side dishes, The tempura also has a large volume, so the cost performance is good. The soba soup is not sweet and I like it. Bottled beer came with a little pickle and no appetizer fee. The owner has a low waist and is very likable.
A soba restaurant that was started by renovating a part of an old folk house in a mountain village. It is located in a hilly area with no obstructions and is in a sunny location. The soba noodles are also thin and have a good texture that I love. Large serving, 100 yen! And the volume is amazing! I've run out of sauce. The owner noticed and brought me a new one. The amount of chopped seaweed in the zaru soba is about half of the commercially available pack nori, and the tempura is crisp and crisp. There is also a garnish, and I am grateful for this price. I will ask you again.
