Great craft beer and hand made udon noodles. A little expensive, but worth it.

I stopped by when I went to Kadokawa Musashino Museum! You can eat delicious Musashino udon for about 1000 yen. Since it's Musashino udon, it's quite chewy, or rather firm, and has a satisfying texture. I felt it was worth the price. The tea and water are self-service, so you pour it yourself from the machine, so you don't have to call a staff member, and because it's not a pod, I haven't had a problem with the contents being empty. I also appreciate that you can choose between cold and hot. I went on a weekday, so it was pretty empty. In addition to table seats, there was also a horigotatsu-style tatami room. Electronic money and QR code payments were also available.

Located in Tokorozawa Sakura Town. When you go inside, you will be surprised by the gap in the spacious store that looks like an old private house. There were various self-service items such as hot tea, cold tea, and hand towels. I was able to eat cherry gravy udon, which I had given up as a spring limited menu, for only 20 servings! The noodles kneaded with cherry blossom powder look beautiful and make you happy even before you eat it, and you can smell the faint scent of cherry blossoms from your nose. I thought it would be a firm texture because it was Musashino udon, but I was able to choose soft noodles by boiling the noodles on the touch panel. It was full of meat and long green onions and was delicious. Curry udon is also added to the dipping sauce. I chose medium spicy, but the scent of spices was mellow and hot. There was a lot of deep-fried food in the curry udon. I finished eating in 30 minutes, so I didn't have to pay for parking. I was in a hurry so I was grateful.
