My family went there again for the fifth time. This is our spot. For Italian restaurants in Japan, this is the best spot I have found. They really have done thier homework on this Previous message I put in a comment a month ago when my son and I ate at this restaurant. Well, 2 days ago we went there again. I'm originally from Sydney. Sydney has a large Italian community. Australian cook books have Italian food in it. It's part of our life. When I came to Japan 20 years ago, I couldn't believe Italian restaurants. No comparison to even Australian home made cooking. So when my son and I went to this restaurant, I was amazed. My wife went with me to Norton Street in Sydney. If you live in Sydney you'd know Norton Street. Italian restaurants. She had wonderful food there. Before we got to this restaurant in Tokorozawa, my son said that she has no idea what the food was like. We walked in, which was beautiful, and then she bit the pizza. The look on her face was amazing. She said that it is exactly like Norton Street. Also we had a main course. My wife was shocked that this restaurant was here. Not insulting the normal pizzas. There great. BUT if you want to try a total level up, try here. The price is a lit more expensive but it is well work it. Also atmosphere. We will definitely go there again!!! My whole family is absolutely impressed the way the cook has obviously really understood how to cook Italian food with stlye.

An Italian restaurant located in the woods, a 10-minute walk from Sayamagaoka Station. The wood-fired pizza is delicious. We received a glass of non-alcoholic sparkling wine (white) with the course of salad, pizza or pasta, homemade bread, dolce, and a drink. The salads are made with seasonal vegetables grown in the restaurant's fields, and were beautifully arranged with rare ingredients such as sweet potatoes and fresh prunes. For pasta, I chose eggplant tomato cream spaghetti. It was covered in lots of cheese, the sauce was excellent, and I mopped it up with bread. For the freshly baked pizza, I chose a pizza with margherita and beef sausage. The Margherita was delicious with a good balance of tomatoes, cheese, and basil. To be honest, at first I didn't think the beef sausage pizza was beef, but rather tuna? That's what I thought. Dolce is Sayama green tea matcha panna cota. It seemed like there was matcha in the panna cotta batter, and it was delicious. The restaurant is located in the forest, and it looks like you're in the Shinshu area, and the view from your seat was great. Thank you for the meal.

This pizzeria is located in a lush garden of 2,200 tsubo. For lunch, we had a course made with local Misawa beef from Tokorozawa, baked in a pizza oven. The pizza, pasta, and steak served with truffle salt and balsamic vinegar were very delicious.
