This is my first visit today. As a Musashino Udon freak, this is a five-star restaurant. The store only has 8 seats at the counter. The owner is a little unfriendly, but the noodles are a little fine and have a lot of stiffness. I ordered a large serving of gravy. The taste is strong with maitake mushrooms, and the meat has a lot of flavor, but there are only two pieces, so is it a little unsatisfactory? The garnished onion and carrot kakiage is sesame oil? It's deep-fried, so it was delicious without adding anything. There is no parking lot, but it is okay to park on the street along the factory.

The texture of the udon was perfect and the dipping sauce was delicious.
