More Comments at Google MapToday, with the help of Google, I strolled through some delicious restaurants. I found this store. When I opened the door, there was a delicious smell of olive oil and garlic. The store's notation is COLORE in English, but it seems they have adopted the Italian reading of colore. The lunch menu is a set named after "color", and since it was my first time, I ordered the Red Set (¥1,190 tax included), which is a simple salad + drink + pasta (pizza). There were five pasta dishes to choose from, but since I like tomato sauce, I chose the eggplant and tomato pasta. A salad was served before the pasta, and as the restaurant's name suggests, it was a colorful salad that looked delicious to the eye. In fact, when I tried it, the taste did not disappoint. The soup contained vegetable scraps and small diced ham, and had a gentle flavor and was delicious. The main pasta was fresh and delicious. The pasta was spaghetti and was cooked al dente. The eggplant and tomatoes were cooked at the perfect temperature so as not to overpower the flavor of the ingredients, and the eggplant was watery, juicy, and delicious. The tomato sauce is watery, but the flavor is strong. It was fresh, but it had a strong tomato taste. It seems like the sourness would be strong if it was this fresh, but the cheese seems to soften the sourness. There seemed to be some cheese in it that you couldn't tell by looking at it, but I could tell by the smell of the cheese and the hardened cheese on the spoon. This tomato sauce was so good that I scooped it up with a spoon and drank it all. Although each of the ingredients had its own claims, the overall taste of the pasta was harmonized and it was really delicious. Next time, I would like to try the limited quantity Aoiro set with appetizers that caught my attention when I looked at the menu. By the way, the accounting department also supports electronic payment, so I paid with PayPay.
The appetizer salad dressing was very good. For the main dish, I ate spaghetti with a homemade meat sauce that had been simmered for a whole day.
For the purpose of apple pie a la mode. Fresh pasta is also delicious. The little accessory sales in front of the cash register are also cute.
