Next, eat and compare two types of raw oysters. (Today is Maruemon from Akkeshi, Hokkaido / Umizuzuku from Saiki City, Oita Prefecture) Refreshing Umi Shizuku and Maruemon with rich umami. The taste is completely different depending on the production area! Fresca's fish salad homemade olive sauce (today's sea bream) arrived at the timing of finishing eating raw oysters. It's an open kitchen, so the timing is perfect. As a course salad, it contains 3 slices of fresh sea bream. Followed by piping hot grilled oysters and fried oysters. Sweeter than raw. Sakado's brand pork is roasted gichiku pork with plenty of grilled vegetables. Hagichiku pork, juicy and super sweet! It's rare to be able to eat this rare. Salt, pepper, herbs and grainy mustard bring out the deliciousness of the ingredients. Besides being laid under the meat, the creamy mashed potatoes were also delicious. And the long-awaited paella descends while sprinkling the squid odor! I was satisfied with my request to change the squid ink until I could do it. It was cooked crispy and fragrant, and there were plenty of seafood such as clams, mussels, squid and shrimp. The big prawns were delicious with the miso. By the time I finished the paella, I was full. When I was looking around to pay with PayPay, a QR code stand was brought to the table. The taste and service were great! It was a feast.
