It's been a long time since I visited Hakata. Even though it was a weekday, it was almost full, but luckily, a table seat had just become available, so I was guided to that place. When I sat down and looked at the menu, I was informed that they had introduced "Smacell", which allows you to order with a smartphone as a countermeasure against corona. this is convenient. You can choose slowly, and you can check what you chose on your smartphone. Most importantly, it reduces contact with the staff, so it's a good system for both customers and staff. This is what I ordered. ·salad The feeling that the radish is crunchy is good. You can choose Japanese-style sauce or miso sauce, but the Japanese-style sauce is refreshing and delicious. ・Fluffy potato gratin Fluffy texture like tamagoyaki. A fun gem with the texture of yam in it. ・Assorted Yakitori (5 pieces) 5 pieces of meatballs, green onions, chicken wings, liver, stuffed peppers. The degree of grilling is exquisite, and the liver is especially delicious. It is also interesting that the yakitori comes with gari. It fits quite well. ・Horse meat yukhoe This is an iron plate. Mixed with raw egg and garlic, it goes well with Japanese sake and is very delicious. ・Grilled shell This is also a dish that goes well with sake. The crab miso flavor is rich and deep. Sake in a bamboo tube is very easy to drink and goes well with food, so I drank too much. By the way, you can take out the offal hot pot set, but I recommend it because I bought it around May and it reproduces the taste of the store as it is. Will you have motsu nabe at the end of the year?

I used it for a drinking party with friends. It's a little more expensive than chain restaurants, but the food is generally high quality and delicious. We also have a wide selection of alcoholic beverages, including whiskey and wine, so you can enjoy an evening drink. Best of all, the store staff's gentle demeanor made my time stress-free. However, it was very disappointing that ordering using the QR code was difficult and unpleasant because the radio waves were difficult to get through. (It is not included in the evaluation because it cannot be determined that this is a problem with the store.)

This store has been around for quite some time. The first time I went over 25 years ago, it was delicious. They opened a second store in Negishi, Kawaguchi City, but that store closed soon after. The Negishi store now has robatayaki and musashi. Now, about the restaurant, although it's near the station, the food is neither expensive nor cheap. All the dishes we ordered were delicious. The staff was very nice and I had no problems with the entertainment. The dimly lit interior is very relaxing. The sake served in a bamboo container is so cold that it's irresistible. I ended up drinking 2 cups even though I usually only finish with 1 cup. I visited for the first time in three months during the coronavirus pandemic to prevent the spread of the virus, and by 5:30, the place was nearly full. With customers, regular customers, and a stable taste and product lineup, the restaurant is thriving even during the coronavirus pandemic. It is probably thanks to the hard work of Mr. Itamae and Mr. Nakai that they have been able to maintain their customers even during the coronavirus pandemic.
