Hidaka, Saitama, Japan｜Musasabi-tei

This is an Indian curry restaurant built in a bus that has been around for quite some time. When you walk inside, it doesn't feel small, but it's fun to see the store sway as the staff walk by. Chicken is the only choice for curry. I think the most noteworthy thing is the deliciousness of the chai, the perfect balance of spice and sweetness. Hot and ice cream are hard to beat! The parking lot can accommodate about 5 cars, but there are only 3 tables inside, so you may want to be prepared to wait on holidays.

I stopped by on my way back from the Kinchakuda Manjusha Festival. The exterior takes some courage to enter, but once inside, you'll find yourself in a small but clean and relaxing space with jazz music playing. Then I ordered curry number 2 and iced chai. The curry had two pieces of bone-in meat on it, and I wondered how I would eat it, but it was so soft that I could easily loosen it with a spoon. The chai was also delicious. Due to the bad weather that day, it wasn't crowded and I was able to spend a relaxing time there. thank you very much. I would like to visit you again.

I've known about it for decades, but this is the first time I've heard about it. The inside of the store is soothing with the retro feeling and the music that you can't imagine being in Hidaka City. There is only one type of curry, and you can choose the spiciness and amount of rice. I had heard rumors that chai was delicious, so I made iced chai for the lunch set. The container is fashionable as well as the taste. A cheap curry shop is good, but it's good to change the atmosphere once in a while.
