I went to “Teuchi Soba Genzo” near Kinchakuda Manjusaka Park. At a soba restaurant run by a couple. The landlady's response ↓ ``Soba tea is hot, so be careful,'' and ``Tenkasu has a strange taste, so please try it.'' were the best. I entered the store around noon, and there were about 4 customers in front of me, so I didn't have to wait to order and receive Mori Soba. The soba noodles had a soba flavor and were delicious (^^) The mentsuyu is a sweet soup, so I think everyone will like it! As mentioned in other people's comments, I think if the store was cleaned up a little more, it would be able to seat a few more customers... The couple is looking so excited, so maybe that's what the store is aiming for (lol) that's all

I stopped by during the holidays. It was fun while waiting to see the buckwheat being ground in the millstone at the entrance. The wife's customer service was very nice and it felt good! I was surprised at how good the soba and tempura were! The soup had a good flavor, and the soba-yu was delicious until the end. The kombu and shiitake tsukudani that I received as a bonus was also very delicious!

Both soba and soba soup are delicious. What is it, the soup that makes you want to drink it. Tempura is crispy. I know you will never run out of customers. The owner seems to have a hard time because it's hot (laughs) It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
