This is a restaurant where you can enjoy the atmosphere of soba kaiseki. It is far from Tsurugashima Station, but it is less than 5 minutes from Ken-O Tsurugashima Interchange. The owner seems to have been trained at Muan in Tachikawa, a famous soba kaiseki restaurant, so you can enjoy sophisticated soba and kaiseki cuisine. Enter the entrance, take off your shoes at the entrance and go up. The front is a tatami room, and there are three 8 tatami mats connected to each other, and there are table seats for 4 people. Saturdays and Sundays may be crowded, so I think it's better to make a reservation. The interior is very stylish with a calm Japanese modern atmosphere. Flowers and objects are casually decorated, creating a calm space where the owner's good taste shines. I have the impression that the soba noodles have recently been upgraded using soba noodles from Miyoshi in Saitama Prefecture. Sobagaki and 100% buckwheat are coarsely ground so you can enjoy Miyoshi soba while feeling the rustic atmosphere. Dishes other than soba, such as tempura, are also very delicious.
