The alleged cutlet curry incident (my own story) has made me curious about cutlet curry... From last time around Lake Kawaguchi, today we headed to Moroyama Town in Saitama Prefecture. I had cutlet curry at Moroyama Shokudo, which has the same name. In the first place, I believe that cutlet curry is a food unique to Japan, so if curry and pork cutlet go well with white rice, I'm happy. So, this is reminiscent of old town Chinese curry, with onions and pork made every time, and a simple sticky roux... There are surprisingly many people who like this type of curry. It is an old-fashioned curry that is not spicy and has almost no spice. The tonkatsu in question is handmade this time! After all, I witnessed the scene where bread crumbs were added to it (lol) Moderate texture, moderate amount of fat, and sweetness. Of course, the meat has a seasoning, so it went well with the less salty curry 😀 There was quite a lot of rice, so I was very satisfied! They don't have any decorations or strange sales pitches, and they probably value delivery and takeout to local people. 👏 It starts from the order, so it takes some time, but the price is 850 yen including tax! It was a perfect cutlet curry. So are you going to dance? So... How about some Kung Fu?

I researched a restaurant where you can eat the local gourmet pork ball rice bowl (buttamagedon) and ended up here. Pork and eggs from Mt. Moro are simmered in a sweet and spicy sauce, served over a bowl of rice with the scent of the town's famous yuzu, all at a reasonable price of 650 yen! Other menu items such as katsudon, ramen, and fried rice all look delicious. Access was by car. I overlooked the narrow entrance to the store. Enter the narrow alley next to the ceremony hall. There are several parking spaces in front of the store, but it is also OK to park on the gravel 🅿 next to Gust on the main street before entering the narrow road (see photo. There is a parking lot on the landmark) It was Sunday afternoon when I went to eat, and there were several motorcycles with out-of-prefecture license plates parked there.

Order a pork ball rice bowl (Buttamage bowl) It was quite rare. The entrance way is quite confusing. You can park one car in front of the store and two cars in the parking lot at the end of the road. It seems that you can have a banquet in the two tables and the tatami room, so it seems that it will not be crowded. I think it is reasonable.
