More Comments at Google MapI was exhausted from crossing the mountain pass on a hot day, and I couldn't accept greasy food. For lunch, go to a soba restaurant for something nutritious and easy to eat! 🚵 When I entered the store, it was empty, and we were the 4th group. When I ordered “Tsuketoro soba”, it was served in just one hour (^_^) “Tororo” seems to have been carefully rubbed with wild yam, and it has a stickiness that makes it possible to pick it up with chopsticks. Only the egg yolk was separated from the egg, and the dark yellow-orange color was raised like a dome, and it looked fresh. And the important thing is the soba noodles, which are hand-cut with a kitchen knife, and the various thicknesses look wonderful. If you slurp it with soba sauce, you can enjoy the noodles that are boiled to a different degree. Yes, I was impressed that the thickness of the soba noodles was varied so that you can enjoy various hardness even in a single serving of soba noodles (^_^)v The soba-yu was also brought at a good timing, and it was a very polite customer service.
I stopped by for lunch when I went to Ogose Bairin. Even though it was a weekday, there was a line of about 5 groups, probably because of the plum season. 1 hour until entering the store. It looks like the couple are managing the situation together. Since the work is very thorough and they can't handle too many, they seem to be bringing them into the store little by little. I ordered karami tempura soba. 2 pieces of shrimp tempura. It was a chewy soba that really suited my taste. I like it. It also went well with spicy radish. The portion is also beautiful. It seems that Kamoyaki may be out of stock. It's also delicious.
The soba noodles and grilled duck were very delicious. When you chew the soba noodles, the taste comes out, and it is not salty or sweet, and it goes well with the sauce that feels just right. It's soba that you can eat as much as you want.
