Local Soba noodles shop in Tokigawa machi, Saitama Prefecture. Really love the homemade taste of the Soba noodles. My favorite is the Maitake mashroom tempura. It was worthy. Really want to come back again even it takes around 1 hour from Tokyo. Located near the Fukaya bus stop and across the road from a local farmer market.

All of them were just too good

The customer service was polite and I had a good impression. The elderly couple are very nice. The soba noodles are also delicious. I will go again. Everyone please
