Tsukemen was delicious. There were 3 normal servings and there was a volume.

Soba with rich chicken broth, my favorite rich flavor. The flavored egg and char siu are relatively light, so the overall balance is good and delicious. I will go again.

At first glance, the owner may seem intimidating, but he is a friendly person. Advance reservations are required, but the course meal was excellent! I wonder if it's a delicate ramen. I'm totally hooked. I would also appreciate a little consideration.
