But the other day, I ate a hamburger steak for the first time and it was really delicious 🥳 The hamburger is also 100% pork so you can enjoy the goodness of Tategamori Kogen pork👏 The pork cutlet and hamburger steak are both so good that it's hard to choose between them, but if I were to go again, I'd probably go for the fillet cutlet.
