More Comments at Google MapAbout 30 minutes walk from Fukaya Station. A restaurant located on the premises of Michi-no-Eki Hanazono. I ordered a set meal of zaru udon, offal stew, and white rice. 780 yen, reasonable! The feature of this store is that you can add as much Fukaya green onion as you like! Best service! Since it's raw onion, it's a little spicy, but delicious. You can enjoy Fukaya green onions to your heart's content. The udon noodles are quite chewy, smooth and delicious. The giblets are soft and odorless, and the miso seasoning is delicious. The seasoning of giblets makes the white rice smooth. The noodle soup, boiled offal, and Fukaya green onion go perfectly together. There are plenty of seats and it's spacious. Order with meal ticket. Meals and tea are self-service. Wheat, offal, Fukaya green onion, You can enjoy all the local specialties at once, leaving you full and satisfied. Great shop.
I had seen this restaurant before at the roadside station Hanazono, but this was my first time entering the restaurant. I had heard from a friend that the set meal of boiled offal over there was delicious, so I decided to give it a try. ``Tempura Soba'' and ``Motsuni Single Item'' are popular at the ticket vending machines. When my number was called and I went to pick it up, I found a small bowl of soba noodles filled with boiled offal and a hearty portion of tempura. In places where chopsticks and seasonings are available, there is an unlimited amount of green onions, perhaps because it is called "Fukaya JA". When you eat it, the soba noodles are delicious and the offal stew is not too sweet and has a nice flavor. The taste was much better than I expected based on the atmosphere and price. This is a delicious restaurant.
The price is a little higher than the stand-up soba restaurant, but it's a great place to put green onions as much as you want. Just be careful not to add too much, as the green onions are a bit bitter. Also, there is a ticket vending machine on the left side of the entrance, and the information will be sent to the store staff when you purchase the ticket, so you don't have to go out of your way to show the ticket. By the way, the exit is on the back side.
