The buckwheat was 100% buckwheat without a binder, so it was chewy and quite delicious, but I didn't feel the scent of buckwheat so much because of the buckwheat flour. The soup is a little thicker, and I think it's a little salty.

I thought that soba was the main dish, but I happened to pass by and got a safe udon. I was able to taste the throat more than I imagined, so I gave it a perfect score. Next time I will try the soba noodles.
