More Comments at Google MapOn the way back from sightseeing between Nagatoro and Chichibu, the stylish exterior caught my eye, so I decided to have dinner there. Naturally, I was a walk-in customer on the day without any reservations, but thank you for accommodating me. The course prices were quite reasonable for a dinner, but I wasn't in the mood for a full course meal, so I ordered the following items separately. ・Homemade bacon Caesar salad ・Today's meat dish "Mini hamburger steak and barley pork fillet piccata" ・Peperoncino with local vegetables and Daisen chicken The homemade bacon and barley pork were very delicious, probably because there are farms and ham factories nearby and pig farming is popular. I made the barley pork piccata because I missed the miso pork and waraji cutlet in Chichibu, but I usually enjoy the sweetness of the fat with loin meat, but I made it with thick fillet, so it tastes like pork. I was able to taste the flavor itself. And the nice smell of garlic that I could feel from the moment I entered the store. I asked for peperoncino, thinking it was the only way to taste it, and I was very correct. It was loaded with local Fukaya vegetables and Daisen chicken, and was extremely delicious when intertwined with the pasta and garlic oil. For the pasta, you could choose between fresh noodles and dried noodles, but this time I wanted a refreshing taste, so I tried dried noodles. Although it is located along the Chichibu Railway line, it is not a very convenient location, and I thought that the restaurant must be confident in its food, but I was very satisfied with the quality that exceeded my expectations. I'm not a local, so I can't say I use it regularly, but I sincerely think I'd like to visit again when I visit the area again. Thank you for the delicious food.
I've passed in front of it when I was on a public outing, and I was very curious, "Is this place so crowded?" Today is the first time I've bothered you, but I agree! I received the ¥2,500 course and was very satisfied. Especially the pasta was thin (looks like ramen noodles (laughs), but it was very good. I would like to order a la carte next time.
The restaurant has a good reputation for its menu that uses a lot of fresh local vegetables. The lunch course changes daily, mainly pasta and pizza, but there are also meat and fish courses. This time, we ordered the pasta course (1 recommended pasta, salad, daily bread, dessert, and drink). From the recommended pasta, I chose a spicy tomato sauce with vegetables and homemade oil sardines. We had pumpkin pudding for dessert and grape juice for drink. I got it from the salad, but it contains a lot of fresh vegetables and goes perfectly with the refreshing taste of the homemade dressing. The bread is tomato focaccia, and you can enjoy the faint tomato scent and the moist texture. The shop's original bread is very delicious. The main pasta brings out the umami of local vegetables well, and the balance with the tomato sauce is just right. I don't feel the unique smell of oil sardines at all, and the scent of garlic stimulates my appetite. I chose raw noodles for the noodles, so the tomato sauce and vegetables are easy to get entwined, and it's satisfying to eat. The texture of raw noodles is also good. This is so delicious. As for the dessert, the sweetness of the pumpkin spreads in your mouth, yet it is easy to eat because it is slightly understated. With this, 1,500 yen is a reasonable price. All of them were very satisfying, and it was worth coming by car. It is a shop that you will definitely want to visit again. thank you for the food!!
