The eel was tender and the amount of sauce was just right and it was delicious. The Special Selection Unaju may not be suitable for people who want to eat well.

My eldest son, who was on a long business trip, came home temporarily, so it's been a long time since I've had eel. Before the eel, I had grilled turnip and catfish tempura (forgot to take a photo), and my eldest son had a special eel and we had a small bowl of eel. The kabuto-yaki is a soft and crispy catfish tempura that is fluffy and crispy, and I always order it when I visit. The eel goes well with the plump and elegant sauce and is very delicious.
