A small Chinese restaurant near Higashi-Urawa station. The restaurant is small, but the menu is extensive and every dish is delicious. The proprietress's polite customer service is also wonderful. Three of us visited at night and shared the following dishes. Hot and sour soup noodles, Cantonese-style Chinese rice bowl (spicy gomoku soy sauce), single item of wood bamboo meat (mousse lo), 5 pan-fried dumplings, 5 boiled dumplings. Everything is delicious and the price is reasonable. The number of marks indicating the degree of spiciness is displayed on the menu. Even the spicy gomoku soy sauce with one mark is quite dry. You can adjust the degree of spiciness. Noodles can be selected from medium-thick noodles and thin noodles. Most of the noodles are served with a small portion of rice for free if requested (both at lunch and at night). One gyoza is also large and has a response. The grilled dumplings are full of gravy. Boiled dumplings with ponzu sauce are also refreshing and delicious. The shrimp in the Chinese rice bowl is bigger than the ones you get elsewhere, and you can enjoy the plumpness. Wood ears, pork, fluffy eggs, seasoning is just right. One table seat for four people. The rest is a small shop with only counter seats. It's been in business here for about 10 years.

Order noodles individually rather than as a set. Drinks are also delicious 👌 I think it's good to change the taste every day. Above all, there is no menu. If you order the ramen that we used to do in the past (different location, but same Higashi Urawa), you can eat it!
