The buckwheat noodles had a slightly strange greenish color, but they were delicious (as well as the katsudon).

It's been a long time since I've had delicious soba noodles, with matcha as the secret ingredient and slightly yellow-green noodles. Soba connoisseurs should definitely give this a try!

This katsutoji is thick and delicious, making it the perfect side dish or snack. Of course the soba noodles are delicious too.
