This is a shop with an original appearance, right in front of the temple where I always go to visit graves. I've been curious about it for a long time. Long-awaited entry! However, it took more than an hour to enter the store... There wasn't a long line, so I didn't expect to wait that long, but it seemed like the system was to write your name on a slip and wait to be contacted, so I didn't know how many people were waiting in front of you. I finally entered the store and ordered, and as others had written, two dishes that looked like appetizers came out. Gentle, light-flavored pickles? Boiled eggs and boiled soybeans. For the soba noodles, I had seasonal bamboo shoots (eggplant and ginger). There are eggplants in the dipping sauce, and the fragrant ginger is crunchy on a small plate. The soba noodles were chewy and more filling than I expected. I would like to have some pudding next time.

I made a reservation for my cousin and went. A popular soba restaurant. Everything is of high quality. You can see why it's a popular restaurant.
